Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and comprehend.
• Possess a valid Ohio Driver's license.
• Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, roofing, painting, carpentry, masonry, HVAC and controls.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical school plant to operate in excellence for educational use.
• Properly install/repair all new and existing equipment.
• Inform head custodians of corrections/repairs or changes and equipment locations.
• Abide by Mansfield City Board of Education policies and regulations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors.
