Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Knowledge of cleaning and maintenance of buildings and grounds.
• Must be able to operate cleaning equipment and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum as assigned.
• Maintain floor finishes by stripping, waxing, and polishing.
• Clean and disinfect sanitary fixtures daily.
• Dust and polish surfaces and move furniture as required.
• Communicate and cooperate with students and staff.

Skills

Knowledge of cleaning and maintenance skills

Ability to read and follow written procedures

Ability to operate cleaning machines

Valid driver's license
