Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, preferred.
• Ability to read basic operating instructions.
• Demonstrates a reasonable degree of computer proficiency.
• May be required to possess and maintain a valid Class C Non-Commercial Driver’s License, contingent upon building assignment and MVR check.
• This position requires lifting a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Post-offer pre-employment physical may be required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans facilities and grounds (classrooms, restrooms, gyms, cafeteria, offices, pools, fields, etc.).
• Performs minor maintenance on custodial/facility equipment.
• Assists with general maintenance (mowing, snow removal).
• Performs Summer/Winter projects (strip/wax floors, painting, moving furniture).
• Replenishes classroom/restroom supplies.
• Operates tools for campus maintenance and landscaping as needed.
