Qualifications
- Job-related custodial experience with increasing responsibilities preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Criminal background check required.
Responsibilities
- Cleans assigned facilities and grounds to maintain a sanitary, safe, and attractive environment.
- Confers with building administration to assist with coordination of activities for proper maintenance.
- Informs staff and students about safety issues and maintenance information.
- Performs maintenance and setup duties for events and daily operations.
- Prepares site for daily operations and ensures facilities are operational and hazard free.
- Supports other site maintenance staff and assists with custodial activities.
