GRBS Inc. is seeking a part-time Custodian for Wayland Union Schools in Wayland, MI. The role runs Monday through Friday, 3:30pm–9:00pm, totaling about 27.5 hours per week. Pay is $16.00 per hour. You will help maintain cleanliness of facilities and support school operations.

Ideal candidate is 18+ with valid ID, dependable, team-oriented, and able to follow GRBS procedures. Background checks apply per district requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with valid ID.
• No background in theft, violence or drugs per district requirements.
• Ability to follow GRBS processes and work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Mop, dust, clean restrooms and remove trash.
• Follow GRBS processes and complete tasks per building map and shift.
• Maintain mindful, respectful communication with all staff and students.
