Job summary

East Sac County Schools is seeking an Evening Custodian to perform general cleaning and maintenance in school buildings and grounds. Work hours are 1 PM - 9 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM depending on activities; 12-month contract. The role emphasizes safety and coordination with administration.

Responsibilities include cleaning classrooms, restrooms, cafeterias, floors, windows, and assisting with event setup. High School Diploma and English fluency are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Previous cleaning/maintenance experience desirable.
• Must pass safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, cafeterias, offices and other areas.
• Sweep, mop, buff, strip, and wax floors as required.
• Handle setup and cleanup for meetings and events.
• Receive deliveries and assist in stocking supplies.
• Assist in snow removal and grounds duties as needed.
