Qualifications

• Must communicate efficiently with diverse publics including students, parents, teachers, administrators, and staff.
• Ability to operate job-related equipment.
• Must be able to report repairs or damages immediately.

Responsibilities

• Keep the building and premises neat and clean at all times.
• Shovel, plow, and sand walkways, driveways, and parking areas.
• Sweep and vacuum classrooms and dust furniture as needed.
• Maintain all floors in a clean condition.
• Assume responsibility for securing the building at the end of each day.
