Job summary

Compass Group USA's ESFM division has an opening for a full-time janitor in Batesville, AR 72501. The role involves keeping buildings clean, performing heavy cleaning, and maintaining a healthy, safe environment across facilities.

We offer a standard full-time schedule (Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday) with pay ranging from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour. A minimum of 1 year janitorial experience is required, and applications are accepted online.

Responsibilities

• Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures.
• Dusts and damp mops floors.
• Moves equipment and furniture for proper cleaning and place furniture back in correct placement.
• Cleans assigned areas with the use of assigned materials and equipment.
• Washes walls, windows, furniture, baseboards and other items to maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Strips, scrubs, buffs and refinishes floors.
