Job summary

St. Cloud School District 742 is seeking a Custodian to manage day-to-day building operations, including cleaning, grounds maintenance, safety, and event support. The role serves students, teachers, staff, and parents, with an emphasis on reliable, safe, and respectful service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of work experience and education.
• Similar job related experience preferred.
• Bilingual may be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, waxing floors and sanitizing bathrooms.
• Assist staff in moving furniture and delivering supplies.
• Maintain grounds including lawn care and snow removal from walkways.
• Clean and maintain cafeteria and equipment; ensure building security.
• Support setup for events and coordinate with staff for district activities.
