Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have current valid PA Driver's license.
• Previous custodial experience preferred.
• Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs.
• Able to climb a 12-foot ladder and use various tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial maintenance duties including cleaning and restocking.
• Daily check of floor cleaning equipment.
• Safe handling and use of chemicals.

Skills

Knowledge of operation of power cleaning equipment

Excellent interpersonal skills

Computer proficient

Ability to follow written and verbal directions
