Job summary

Lake Area Technical College is seeking a Full-Time Custodian for an 8-hour evening shift (3:30 PM to midnight) to perform general housekeeping and maintenance under the supervision of the Head Custodian. You will contribute to a clean, safe campus environment and support district facilities operations.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent; custodial experience preferred. Applicants must be able to lift up to 70 pounds, push/pull up to 100 pounds, and work indoors and

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily cleaning of classrooms, boards, furniture and glass.
• Mop and sanitize toilets, fountains, sinks, stools and urinals.
• Sweep and mop non-carpeted flooring as assigned.
• Maintain building security and access to buildings and rooms.
• Follow procedures to economize resources for heat, light, water and supplies.
