Qualifications

• Two (2) years of full-time custodial experience in commercial buildings or facilities.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, disinfectants, and floor care products.
• Ability to read signs, labels and work schedules; write records.

Responsibilities

• Check and secure doors, windows, and utility equipment.
• Inspect premises against damage by fire, theft and entry.
• Clean and maintain buildings and surrounding areas; shovel, plow, or sand surfaces as needed.
• Operate floor care machines and related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Move furniture and perform minor interior building maintenance and repairs.
• Keep records of work completed and maintain custodial equipment.
