Job summary

Anthony’s Janitorial & Maintenance INC. is seeking dedicated, detail‑oriented janitors to keep our facilities safe, sanitary, and pristine for students and staff.

Evening shifts available from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM (part‑time) or 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM (full‑time), Monday through Friday. You will work mostly independent hours, perform floor care, classroom cleaning, sanitization of restrooms and break areas, manage waste and restock supplies, while following safety rules and reporting shortages as

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning or custodial experience is a plus, but training is provided.
• Ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must read safety labels and follow verbal or written instructions.
• Reliable transportation to the job site.
• Clean background check (required for working around children).

Responsibilities

• Floor care: sweep, mop, vacuum, and occasionally operate basic floor scrubbers or buffers.
• Classrooms: clean classrooms and common hallways.
• Sanitization: clean and disinfect high-traffic areas, break rooms, restrooms.
• Waste management: empty indoor trash cans and transport waste to disposal areas.
• Restocking: keep soap, paper towels, and toilet paper stocked daily and report shortages.
• Safety rules: follow all safety guidelines when handling cleaning chemicals.
