Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and climb ladders.
• Possession of a current first aid card preferred or able to obtain one.
• Follow site-specific instructions and workload details.
• Demonstrated aptitude for building maintenance and reliability.
• Flexible, cooperative, and discreet in handling duties.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain school facilities to ensure a sanitary, safe environment.
• Prepare spaces for meetings, activities, and events.
• Perform general maintenance and routine repairs as needed.
• Remove snow and de-ice walkways; maintain floors and surfaces.
• Secure building openings and monitor safety during occupancy.
• Report property damage promptly to supervisors.
• Follow waste disposal procedures and protect building assets.
