Job summary

Qualifications

• No prior custodial experience required.
• Valid Colorado driver's license and criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Clean classrooms, locker rooms, restrooms, offices, and hallways; perform minor maintenance.
• Assist staff, students, and the public using the building during shift; respond to requests or direct to appropriate personnel.
• Change light bulbs and filters; inspect boilers and vents; report maintenance needs to supervisor.
• Ensure building security by locking doors and addressing unsafe conditions.
• Set up for programs and events; move equipment and furnishings as needed.
• Assist with routine grounds duties and snow/ice removal; respond to emergencies as needed.
• Perform seasonal, summer, and project cleaning as assigned by supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
