Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• No experience required and on the job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned area, including classrooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, and stairs.
• Sweep, remove debris, clean spills, and mop floors in designated areas.
• Regularly check trash receptacles and empty as needed.
• Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage.
• Notify lead cleaner or manager about repairs or additions to building systems.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and team members.
• Recycle correctly by sorting and disposing recyclables.
• Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, windows, and other surfaces.
• Move furniture and equipment as needed to clean areas.
• Clean interior glass and mirrors with appropriate cleaners.
• Perform seasonal tasks such as snow removal or lawn care.
