Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cleans buildings and grounds; removes refuse.
• Cleans classrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas.
• Scrubs, mops, disinfects and polishes hard-surfaced floors.
• Reports vandalism; secures building when leaving.
• Maintains inventory; informs head custodian of needs ahead of time.
• Moves furniture for events; may supervise other custodian personnel (IV).
• Works extra hours with supervisor approval.
