Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean, a franchisee partner, is seeking an after-hours custodian to clean school facilities in Austin, TX. The role requires Monday–Friday shifts after 5pm, with occasional later starts for events, and pays $15.00–$18.00 per hour. Paid training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• No degree required; 1–2 years custodial/housekeeper experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses.
• Will provide on-the-job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures.
• Sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows, dusting.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Use proper PPE where required.
• Opens and locks facilities, enable and disable security system as required.
