Job summary

Pet Food Experts is hiring a Facilities & Sanitation Associate to keep our warehouse clean, safe, and compliant with GMP standards. You will perform routine cleaning, waste handling, pallet movement, and light repairs while adhering to our Master Cleaning Schedule.

The role demands English literacy, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift 30–40 lbs. Evening shift 2:00pm–10:30pm with overtime and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and understand English
• Good communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and time-management
• Able to work independently or in a team
• GMP knowledge preferred
• Reliable transportation, flexible schedule, attendance and positive attitude
• High School Education or equivalent
• Experience operating warehouse equipment (forklift, ride-on pallet jack) preferred
• Food industry and audit experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility cleanliness across departments
• Follow Master Cleaning Schedule for daily, monthly, annual tasks
• Adhere to GMP and food safety policies
• Complete cleaning logs and equipment checklists
• Perform minor equipment repairs and light warehouse maintenance
• Handle pallets and baling as needed and support pest control programs
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Follow safety procedures and GMP guidelines
• Lift 30–40 lbs frequently
