Urth Caffé in Hawthorne, CA is seeking a Roastery Team Member to join our production process. You will roast and blend coffee, help with cuppings, and work closely with the Head Roaster and Operations Team to ensure consistent roasting profiles and inventory across nine stores.

This full-time role requires physical tasks and shift hours from 4:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., with competitive pay, meal benefits, health coverage, and 401(k) participation.

Responsabilidades

• Roast coffee to develop the desired profile and conduct cupping evaluations.
• Participate in cuppings to assess quality and address defects.
• Roast coffee samples and assist with tasting sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow best practices.
