Swan Lake Nursing & Rehabilitation in Patchogue, New York, is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead our care teams and uphold compassionate, high-quality resident care. You will oversee LPNs and CNAs, maintain care documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance to support residents’ well-being.

The role requires an active RN license and 2–4 years of management experience in long-term care. Schedule: 3pm–11pm, with full-time/part-time and weekend coverage as needed. Compensation: $50–$55 per hour.

Formación

• RN license required
• 2–4 years of management experience
• Knowledge of relevant regulations for licensed skilled nursing facilities
• Experience in long-term care preferred

Responsabilidades

• Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to Residents and their families
• Maintain documentation of Resident care services by auditing Resident and department records
• Create appropriate care plans for residents
• Handle all supervisory duties for assigned units, including overseeing LPNs and CNAs that report to you
• Help establish and implement employment policies and procedures
• Maintain the standards of care for the units
• Administer medication as needed, review Resident records, and monitor the quality of care
• Address questions or complaints brought forward by Residents or their families
