Job summary

Brooklyn Centerfor Rehabilitation andHealthcare in Brooklyn, NY, is hiring an evening-shift Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead nursing staff and ensure high-quality resident care.

You will schedule and supervise care, support residents and families, maintain a compassionate environment, and ensure safety by following regulations. Proficiency with EHR and basic computer skills is expected; a valid RN license and at least 3 years of long-term care experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid RN license.
• Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience.
• Strong, positive Team Director for all staff.
• Familiar with EHR and prescribing programs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident care by scheduling and assigning nursing staff.
• Provide support to residents and families to foster a compassionate environment.
• Provide information to residents & staff by answering questions and requests.
• Maintain a safe & clean working environment by applying rules & regulations.
• Ensure resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing.
• Manage documentation of resident care services.
• Promote a cooperative relationship among health care teams.
