Job summary

Brooklyn Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Brooklyn, NY, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the evening shift to lead nursing staff and ensure high-quality resident care.

You will schedule staff, support residents and families, maintain safety with regulations, oversee documentation and HIPAA-compliant information, and collaborate with the care team to promote a compassionate, efficient unit.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid RN license.
• Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience.
• Strong and positive Team Director for all staff.
• Familiar with EHR and Prescribing programs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
