Job summary

Ellisville Rehab & Nursing is seeking an experienced RN Night Shift Supervisor to lead evening nursing staff and ensure high-quality resident care. The role emphasizes supervision, rapid response to emergencies, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

The candidate must hold an active Missouri RN license with BLS/CPR certification and have at least 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri RN license in good standing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience, preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee evening nursing staff and ensure coverage.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care; document changes.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations; participate in QAPI initiatives.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team and communicate with families and physicians.
