Qualifications

• RN required.
• Minimum 5 years as a Registered Nurse, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Current and valid RN license in New York State.

Responsibilities

• Assign, direct, educate, and monitor nursing and support staff; may provide input on hiring, training, development, and evaluations.
• Assess daily patient care needs and develop/distribute patient care assignments to ensure appropriate care.
• Evaluate patient care effectiveness and address issues impacting outcomes.
• Ensure resident safety by identifying hazards and initiating corrective actions.
• Respond to patient care complaints through established channels.
