The RN supervisor role requires PA RN or Practical Nurse licensure, leadership skills, and a strong commitment to resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a PA RN or Practical Nurse (Active PA license).

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff to ensure quality resident care.
• Coordinate all aspects of resident care between departments and providers.
• Communicate with administration, physicians, families, and other service providers.
• Maintain call coverage as assigned.
