Parkhouse Nursing and Rehab Center in Pottstown, PA is seeking an RN Supervisor for the 11-7 evening shift. You will lead a skilled team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, ensuring safe, compassionate, and compliant care for residents in a warm, supportive environment.

As a key leader, you will oversee staffing, scheduling, performance feedback, policy implementation, and regulatory adherence, while partnering with the leadership group to maintain high-quality outcomes and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to ensure high-quality patient care
• Develop and implement policies to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational goals
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Collaborate with other members of the leadership team to ensure effective communication and coordination
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including staff performance evaluations, incident reports, and quality improvement initiatives
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff to ensure excellent customer service
