Job summary

Foremost at Sharon is seeking a confident and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead the evening shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) for 32 hours per week, with every other weekend. You will provide clinical supervision, support nursing staff, and ensure high-quality resident care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license in good standing, with supervisory or charge nurse experience and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills.
• Long-term care experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and leadership during the evening shift
• Support nursing staff and ensure safe, effective resident care
• Act as the clinical resource for assessments, issues, and decision-making
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
• Communicate shift updates and concerns to leadership
