Job summary

Harborview at Lansdale in Montgomery County, PA, is hiring an RN Supervisor for evening shifts. The role leads care delivery, conducts daily rounds, and ensures regulatory compliance while supervising direct care staff.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania (PA).
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing facility, or nursing home.

Responsibilities

• Make daily compliance rounds on units to observe, examine, or interview residents and verify shift information.
• Monitor delivery of care to ensure needs are met and staff work is of acceptable quality and quantity.
• Demonstrate competency in clinical skills needed for the resident population.
• Possess working knowledge of laws and regulations affecting care in nursing facilities.
• Provide direct care and supervise direct care staff.
• Administer treatments and medications.
• Ensure Flow of Care is followed.
