Job summary

Hampden Post Acute is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead daily nursing operations on a 3 pm–11 pm shift, with no weekend required. This full-time role offers competitive hourly pay and daily pay options in Massachusetts.

You will supervise nursing care, ensure regulatory compliance, support staff, and coordinate with physicians and families to promote resident safety and quality outcomes. MA RN license and BLS are required; 2+ years of nursing experience; training provided for supervisory duties.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered MA RN license required.
• BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced setting.
• Minimum 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
• No prior supervisory experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to all nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork and leadership.

$38 to $60 an hour (all inclusive)

• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting required.
• No previous supervisory experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.
