Thompson Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Continuing Care Center in Canandaigua, NY. This part-time evening shift includes weekend and holiday requirements (3:00p-11:30p) with no rotation.

As part of the Long Term Care team, you will oversee daily unit operations, develop resident care plans with the interdisciplinary team, and document changes promptly. NYS RN license and BLS required.

Qualifikationen

• RN nursing program (AAS or BSN)
• Valid NYS RN license
• BLS certification
• 1 year experience in Long Term Care or acute care desired
• Experience with regulatory surveys is a plus

Aufgaben

• Provide skilled nursing care for residents
• Oversee daily operation of the Unit (Avenue)
• Develop care plans with associates and Nurse Manager
• Document changes related to resident condition
• Identify and report concerns to Nurse Manager or regarding policies
