Avera Creighton Care Center in Creighton, NE, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate nursing care on the Evening Shift. You will work 1:45pm-10:15pm, 80 hours every two weeks, with every other weekend and holiday requirements.

An on-site role that supports residents and families in a multidisciplinary team. This position offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus eligibility and a Student Loan Repayment Program, plus opportunities for career development within a caring, mission-driven

Qualificações

• Must be able to work the hours specified and perform each essential job function.
• Visual acuity adequate to perform position duties and communicate effectively.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others and hear/distinguish speech.

Responsabilidades

• Provides resident care by reviewing physician prescriptions and communicating the nursing care plan to the health care team.
• Develops nursing care plans by obtaining medical histories, examining residents, and documenting conditions.
• Teaches healthcare requirements to residents, families, and friends about condition, medications, and self-care skills.
• Evaluates resident care by adhering to standards and adjusting plans as needed.
• Maintains a safe and healthy care environment by following infection-control and medication procedures.
