Job summary

Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center in Georgia is seeking a Registered Nurse for Evening shifts. Full-time, 36 hours weekly (3/12s), 10:30am–11:00pm, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with the care team to support patient and family needs. Responsibilities include care coordination, documentation, and participation in performance improvement and governance activities.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license (Single State) or Compact license.
• BLS certification (Instructor or Basic Life Support).

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing services as part of the patient care team.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Maintain documentation and uphold confidentiality and safety.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and shared governance.
• Mentor and precept other nurses and support professional growth.
