Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Evening shift at Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center. The role is full-time, 36 hours per week across 3/12 shifts from 10:30am to 11:00pm, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus opportunity.

As a frontline RN, you will assess and coordinate patient care, collaborate with the patient care team, and participate in performance improvement initiatives while maintaining professional standards and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• RN licensure and nursing degree required by state.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• Associates or Diploma in Nursing is required; a BSN is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care as part of the care team.
• Coordinate daily patient flow and care plans with staff and physicians.
• Support patient and family needs and communicate clearly with the care team.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and uphold confidentiality and safety.
