Job summary

Good Samaritan – Woodland is a 42-bed long-term skilled care and transitional care facility located in Brainerd, Minnesota, in the Brainerd Lakes Area.

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides individualized care using the nursing process, collaborates with residents, families, and a multi-disciplinary team, and may serve as charge nurse. Evening shift from 2:00pm to 10:30pm; full-time position with strong benefits and sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in Minnesota (or multi-state licensure as applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team.
• Serve as charge nurse and supervise staff as needed.
• Ensure adherence to Nurse Practice Act and professional standards.
