Job summary

A.G. Rhodes Health & Rehab in Atlanta, Georgia is seeking a Full-time Evening Nursing Supervisor. The role requires an active Georgia RN license and supervises nursing staff on evenings, coordinating with RNs, LPNs and CNAs to deliver patient-centered care.

Responsibilities include maintaining electronic records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting a compassionate, team-based environment. Evening shifts preferred; strong leadership and communication are essential for service excellence.

Qualifications

• Current Georgia RN license or unencumbered RN license.
• 1 year nursing supervisory experience required.
• 2 years experience in LTC/skilled nursing community required.
• Evening shifts experience preferred.
• Experience in a Person-Directed Care community preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong teamwork and leadership abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and foster teamwork with RN, LPN and CNA partners.
• Good documentation skills with electronic charting (PointClickCare preferred).
• Strong organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing operations during the evening shift.
• Ensure high-quality elder care and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with RN, LPN and CNA care partners to maintain care plans.
• Maintain accurate electronic charting and records using PointClickCare.
