Job summary

Spring Harbor Hospital in Maine is seeking a Full Time, Evening Shift Nursing Supervisor to join the Adult Behavioral Health team. The Nursing Supervisor provides coordination, supervision and management of all nursing functions on the inpatient units.

The Nursing Supervisor reports to the Nursing Director or designee and collaborates with unit leadership to ensure the successful operation of the unit.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required with Maine Board; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years nursing experience preferred, psychiatry experience a plus.
• Demonstrate leadership and clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise nursing on inpatient units.
• Provide leadership and supervision, coordinating with unit leadership.
• Ensure smooth operation of the inpatient unit.
