Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Responsibilities

• The Shift Supervisor supervises licensed nurses and other nursing personnel in the delivery of care during the shift.
• Will manage the provision of care in accordance with company philosophy, standards of professional nursing practices, and all federal and state laws and regulations.
• Promote collaboration and interdisciplinary approaches to resident care.
