Job summary
Dennett Rehab Center in Oakland, Maryland, is seeking an RN or LPN for short evening shifts (6:30pm-10:30pm) on our skilled nursing team. You will deliver nursing care, monitor patients, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to update care plans.

Qualifications
- Active Maryland RN or LPN license.
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, timely, and effective nursing care to residents.
- Monitor patients' health, administer medications, and provide wound care and other treatments.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update individualized care plans.
- Support residents and families with education, comfort, and reassurance.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards.
- Follows the plan of care as directed by the RN leadership team.
- Observe safety policies and report safety concerns.
- Demonstrate respect for resident rights and dignity.
- Supervise and support GNAs in care delivery.
