Signature Healthcare’s Brockton Hospital is seeking a part-time Flex Registered Nurse (RN) for the Critical Care Unit in Brockton, MA. The role involves providing high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced CCU, administering medications, monitoring patients, and coordinating with the care team.

Qualified candidates will be licensed in MA, have an approved nursing education, and current BLS. CCU and Meditech experience are preferred; weekend/evening coverage may apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse.
• Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers completion.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health data and develop nursing diagnoses.
• Plan and implement care to attain expected outcomes.
• Administer medications and IV fluids safely.
• Report changes in patient condition to physicians.
• Educate patients and families as part of the care plan.
• Evaluate patient progress and document in the medical record.
