Job summary
Southern Health Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Sauk County Jail team in Baraboo, Wisconsin. This is a Monday through Friday evening shift from 1:00 PM to 10:30 PM with weekends off and no rotating schedules.

Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin RN license
- Current CPR certification
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to providing quality patient care
Responsibilities
- Perform nursing assessments and evaluate patient needs
- Administer medications and treatments
- Respond to urgent and emergent medical situations
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and correctional staff
- Provide patient education
- Maintain accurate electronic medical documentation
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes
- Apply clinical judgment and critical thinking throughout shifts
