Job summary

Southern Health Partners seeks a Registered Nurse for the Sauk County Jail in Baraboo, WI. This full-time evening shift runs Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–10:30 PM, with no weekend or rotating shifts. Sign-on and retention bonuses are available, and DailyPay is offered. PRN opportunities may also be available.

You will perform nursing assessments, administer medications, respond to urgent situations, and document care in EMR while coordinating with correctional staff and providers.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin RN license required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Strong assessment and communication skills essential.
• Ability to work independently in a correctional setting.
• New correctional nurses are welcome; orientation provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments.
