Job summary

Celebrate Senior Living in Moline is seeking a Registered Nurse on the 2nd shift (2:00pm–10:30pm, FT, EOW) to deliver and oversee nursing care for residents. You will follow physician orders, assess needs, and coordinate a care plan with an interdisciplinary team.

This role requires an Illinois RN license, knowledge of state and federal regulations, and a commitment to compassionate, resident-centered service in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a current Registered Nurse license for the state of Illinois.
• Understands state and federal regulations governing facility practices.
• Pass post-employment physical exam if required; drug screening and background checks may apply.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to regulations and ensure quality nursing care through standards of practice.
• Develop and implement care plans with input from the resident and care team.
• Implement care plans and document outcomes in medical records.
• Respond to call lights and resident needs promptly and professionally.
• Provide compassionate resident care and maintain positive interactions with residents, families, and staff.
• Promote residents' rights and a respectful, safe environment.
