Qualifications

• Current active license as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical information in English.
• Full range of body motion including handling and lifting patients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, administer, and document medications, tests, treatments, and IV lines.
• Record time spent performing individual treatments in accordance with policy.
• Ensure proper storage and security of drugs and biologicals.
• Notify physician of refusals, non-compliance, or adverse reactions.
• Keep medication cart, refrigerator, and room neat and properly stored.
