Care Initiatives is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate team across more than 40 skilled nursing communities in Iowa. Shifts available: Full-Time and Part-Time, 6pm to 6am.

You will provide direct nursing care, support unit operations, and collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure resident safety and quality care. The role demands an Iowa RN license in good standing, CPR certification, and knowledge of long-term care regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in good standing and active in Iowa.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment.
• Support daily clinical operations on the unit to ensure quality care and resident safety.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time.
• Monitor residents and respond promptly to changes in status.
