Job summary

Advance Services Inc. is looking for reliable Packaging Associates to join our 2nd shift production team. You will be responsible for packaging rice products, performing quality checks, and preparing items for shipment.

The role requires the ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift. The position offers a pay rate of $17.40 per hour with working hours from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday to Friday, and may include additional Saturday hours based on production needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Previous manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, or food production experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Fill and package rice bags according to production requirements.
• Lift and move bags weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Perform basic quality and packaging checks.
• Build and complete pallets of finished product.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
