Work World is hiring a Retail Team Member in Everett, WA for a part-time evening shift (4:00 PM – 7:30 PM). Position offers compensation of $18.77–$20.00 per hour, DOE, plus benefits like paid sick time and employee discounts.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will assist customers, manage transactions, stock shelves, and contribute to daily sales goals while maintaining a friendly and professional environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong communication, customer service, and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with information about store products and services.
• Assist customers with questions and requests in person and over the phone.
• Welcome and support customers with friendly, professional service.
• Help maintain stock levels and replenish merchandise as needed.
• Process sales transactions accurately, including payments and receipt distribution.
• Label merchandise and ensure pricing is displayed correctly.
• Support the team in achieving daily sales objectives.
