SERVPRO Franchise is hiring a Restoration Technician for the evening shift in Pelham, AL. You will respond to fire and water damage calls and perform restoration work per SERVPRO guidelines, supporting the Crew Chief and teammates.

The role emphasizes dependable teamwork, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering excellent service to customers during challenging situations.

Qualifications

• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Dependable and able to work the 3:00 PM–11:00 PM schedule.
• Cleaning or restoration experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• IICRC certifications preferred.
• Ability to travel locally and out of state as necessary.
• Ability to complete a background check, subject to applicable law.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls as needed and perform restoration services according to SERVPRO production guidelines.
• Assist with maintaining vehicles, equipment, warehouse areas, and workspaces.
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally.
• Communicate with Crew Chief to meet customer needs and support other staff.
