You will conduct group and individual sessions, teach skills in nutrition, budgeting, hygiene, and recovery, and coordinate care with providers and families. A bachelor's degree and CPR/First-Aid certification within 6 months are required, plus a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; a minimum of 1 year relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains program standards and licensing compliance.
• Establish rapport with residents using person-centered practices.
• Facilitates groups and one-to-one interventions as per treatment plan.
• Monitors medications per policy and coordinates care with families.
