Job summary

Aspire Health and Community Services in Massachusetts is hiring a Residential Rehab Educator/Counselor to assist clients with behavioral health goals, daily living activities, socialization, transportation, and medication administration.

Education: HS diploma or equivalent; coursework in psychology or human services toward an Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred. Schedule: Tues–Sat, 3p–11p. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in the health and human services field and/or related education or training.
• We provide ongoing training and development.
• Patience and an understanding and ability to interact with individuals with disabilities.
• Dependability, flexibility, and desire to help others.
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn to use an electronic health record system.
• Must have a current valid driver’s license and safe driving record, driving experience ... access to a personal vehicle required at some sites.
• CPR, First Aid and MAP certifications will be required.
